By using our website (kairi.tokyo) and our services, you agree to the following terms. If you do not agree, please do not use this website or our services.

1. Requirements

You must be at least 13 years old to use this service. To use our site, you must sign in via your discord account and be a Translator in the Dovedale Railway Discord Server. Do not share your discord account or account on our site with others. You will be held responsible for any and all actions taken through your account.

2. Prohibited Actions

By using our website, you agree not to:

Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the website or servers operations
Use any unauthorized tools on the website
Attempt to access accounts you do not own

3. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account at our discretion, with or without prior notice. Examples include but are not limited to misuse, violations of our Terms of Service, or for security purposes. While we may not provide a reason, we will make efforts to do so if appropriate.

4. Data & Privacy

By using this service, you agree to our Privacy Policy. Basic information about you from your discord account and session data is collected for identification and security. You may request your personal data to be deleted by contacting kairi on discord @kairiyuuu or by creating a ticket in the Dovedale Railway Discord Server and mentioning me. User generated content, such as translations, are not considered personal data and will not be deleted on request. Translations are considered the intellectual property of kairi.tokyo.

5. User Generated Content

By submitting translations, you grant kairi.tokyo, Roblox, and Dovedale Railway a non-exclusive, perpetual irrevocable license to use, modify, and publish your contributions. These translations are considered the intellectual property of kairi.tokyo and will not be removed upon request.

6. Cookies

We use cookies to store session data, save your preferences, and to personalize your experience. For more information, please read our Privacy Policy.

7. Liability

This service is provided “as-is” without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for loss of data, downtime, or any damage as a result from using our website. Use at your own risk.

8. Governing Law Clause

These terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United States of America, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

9. Changes to the Terms of Service

The Terms of Service may be updated from time to time. If said changes are significant, notice will be provided via Discord or on the site. Using our site after changes are made means you have accepted the new terms.

Discord Avatar Token

A file of your avatar is not stored in our database, a link to your discord avatar is stored. If you change your avatar, we will not have any records of your previous avatar.

User Agent

If the user agent does not match the user agent you used to sign into the website, you will have to log in again.
We only keep track of your user agent for your current session. It is overwritten every time you log in.

IP Address

You are allowed and encouraged to use a VPN (Virtual Private Network) to hide your IP address if you are concerned about privacy. Please ensure you turn off the IP rotation feature as it will require you to log in again whenever your IP rotates (every ~10ish minutes depending on the provider).
Your IP Address is encrypted and stored. If an attacker gets access to this information, they would need the key as well (which is stored securely) in order to get your IP Address.
If the IP address does not match the IP Address you used to sign in to the website, you will have to log in again.
We only keep track of your IP address for your current session. It is overwritten every time you log in.

We collect your Discord ID, username, displayname, and avatar token to identify who you are and to personalize your experience. Your user agent and IP address is collected for security purposes.

Data Sharing and Access

No data is shared with any other parties. The only people with access to this data are me (kairi) and Sneke. If you have any questions or would like your account and associated data to be deleted, please contact me on discord @kairiyuuu.

Authorization Cookie

Expires after one day.
Stores your Discord ID and authorization token for our website.
